Passenger Services
NAS constantly provides proactive services to its client airlines and in keeping with its mission statement lays a big emphasis on quality and service delivery.
The NAS Passengers Services team whose primary responsibilities include performing check-in, escort and pre-flight editing among other duties also works hand in hand with the staff of Hala Meet & Assist Service which provides passengers with the warm and friendly Meet & Assist Service at the Airport.
Check-In Services:
  • NAS uses the SITA CUTE & CODECO systems for check-in formalities.
  • Boarding pass & baggage tagging
  • Load planning & pre-flight editingPassenger manifests & seat allocation
Arrival & Transit Services
 
  • Arriving passengers are guided from aircraft gate through immigration & baggage claim formalities until the arrival hall
  • Transit passengers are guided to the transfer where our staff provide the necessary services to assist them to their onward connecting flights

Passengers requiring special handling

  • Passengers with special needs like elderly & handicapped passengers are provided with wheelchair assistance
  • Unaccompanied minors are escorted through all airport formalities
  • A further extension of this service is the Hala Meet & Assist Service.
